2. Order can be made by filling up our ORDER FORM ONLY. Any order through SMS or call will not be entertained.
3. If you want to cancel order/add order, do TELL US.
4. We will always provide the best for customer. However, we are not responsible for any lost or damage during delivery.
5. Payment transferred or banked-in is not refundable and will be proceed to delivery, EXCEPT only in case of sold out item.
6. We will not hold on to orders more than 1 day and therefore, we really do appreciate prompt reply from customer.
7. Items sold are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
8. It's a responsibility of the buyer to provide COPY of PAYMENT SLIP, otherwise delivery may be delayed.
9. Payment can be made to our MAYBANK account only.
10. Delivery will be made 3 working days after payment received. Tracking number will be emailed to customer and we only use Pos Laju for all deliveries.
